Q1: Does this 5G WiFi Version camera have any reuirements for WiFi Router?
A1: Some routers may cause our camera to not be able to connect smoothly and quickly through 5G WiFi. Currently, we have tested the following routers, they can quickly connect our camera to 5G WiFi: Tenda, Mercury, TP-Link, Netgear, Mi.
Q2: Why can’t my 5G WiFi camera to connect a 5G WiFi?
A2: 1) 5G is a new WiFi technology, it with fast transmission speed, but poor penetration. If your camera can’t connect, please try to do below things to solve problem:
* Please make sure that camera is close to the router and there is no obstruction between it and the router.
* Some routers may cause our camera to not be able to connect smoothly and quickly through 5G WiFi. Currently, we have tested the following routers, they can quickly connect our camera to 5G WiFi: Tenda, Mercury, TP-Link, Netgear, Mi.
* If you try 5G connection several times, still not successed. Please kindly change another network environment or use 2.4G WiFi for connection.
Q3: Why doesn’t my camera respond when it is connected to a power source?
A3: If the camera does not respond after connecting to the power supply, it may be caused by insufficient voltage. Please try a new USB Cable and Power Adaptor. If there is no response after replacing the new power adaptor, please contact our customer service at first time, and they will give you another solutions.
